Questions and answers
Before you begin
Can I prepare the page for free first?
Yes. No card is required at registration. Configure and preview the private page without limits, then choose a subscription only when you are ready to publish.
Do guests need to install anything?
No. The page works in any phone browser from a link or QR code.
Are uploads public immediately?
You decide. Photos and videos can appear in the gallery automatically, or wait in the dashboard for your approval.
Do I get a print-ready QR code?
Yes. Download a standard QR code or a ready-made PNG and SVG design whose colours match your selected page template.
What happens when I cancel?
The page and uploads remain active until the paid period ends. Public access then stops, but the project remains available in your dashboard and private preview. Cancelling billing alone does not delete files; after account closure, active copies are scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

How do the plans differ?
Every paid plan includes the page, QR, gallery, moderation, basic RSVP and ZIP gallery export. Plus adds advanced RSVP, songs, guestbook and live slideshow. Max also includes full Photo Bingo and capacity for up to 10,000 items.
Can I control page content and access?
Yes. Every section can be enabled or disabled independently, and the entire guest page can be protected with a password.
How does RSVP work?
Send individual links and collect attendance, meal choices, allergies, transport, accommodation, plus ones and children. Export the complete list as CSV.
What are photo bingo, live slideshow and the guestbook?
Photo bingo gives guests photo challenges, the slideshow displays approved photos live, and the guestbook collects messages on the same wedding page.
Can I buy the page as a gift?
Yes. Gift Mode lets you pay once for the first month of a selected plan. The couple receives a personal claim link and decides whether to continue later.
