These Terms govern the Nasz Dzień service provided by Codently Maciej Ziółko.
1. Service
Nasz Dzień lets a registered customer configure one event page under a selected subdomain, enable guest sections, optionally protect access with a password, accept uploads and choose automatic publication or moderation.
2. Account
You must provide accurate details, protect your password and promptly report unauthorised access. One account includes one event page. You are responsible for content and people authorised to use the account.
3. Subscription and payment
The monthly plans cost PLN 199 gross for up to 200 media items, PLN 298 gross for up to 500 items, or PLN 399 gross for up to 1,000 items. A photo or video in uploading, review or published status counts towards the limit. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. The final recurring price and interval are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. You can change or cancel the plan through the customer portal; Stripe may prorate a plan change. Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation. Failed payments may suspend public access.
4. Consumer rights
A consumer may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. If you ask us to start the digital service immediately, the fee may be proportionally due for service already supplied. Send a withdrawal or complaint to kontakt@naszdzien.app. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
5. Content and guest uploads
You and your guests retain rights to submitted content. You grant us the limited right to store, process and display it only to provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish personal images and must not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
6. Limits and availability
The selected plan limit applies to media items that are uploading, waiting for review or published. Rejected, failed or permanently deleted items do not occupy the plan limit. Additional technical limits shown in the product apply, including file-type, file-size, storage and request limits. We may block malicious uploads, protect the platform and perform maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation but will use reasonable care to maintain the service.
7. Termination and deletion
You may cancel recurring billing at any time. Account deletion can be requested through support. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms, threatens security or remains unpaid, while respecting mandatory law and data-retention duties.
8. Complaints and law
Send complaints to kontakt@naszdzien.app; we aim to respond within 14 days. Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
