Partner Programme Terms

1. Eligibility and activation

An adult or business active in the wedding industry, or serving a relevant audience, may apply. Accurate business information and acceptance of these terms are required. An active account receives a unique code and referral links.

2. Permitted promotion

Links may be used in proposals, customer messages, educational content, social media and the partner's own website. Claims must be accurate and the commercial relationship should be disclosed.

• Spam, purchased contact lists, forced redirects and cookie stuffing are prohibited.
• Partners must not impersonate Nasz Dzień or OurLove or register confusing domains.
• Brand-keyword advertising and claims of employment or exclusivity require written permission.

3. Attribution

A signed necessary cookie records the last valid partner click for 30 days. Attribution is locked when account registration is completed, does not require immediate wedding page creation and is not replaced by later clicks. Self-referrals, existing accounts and artificial registrations do not qualify.

4. 30% commission

The partner earns 30% of the commission base for every successfully paid subscription period of an attributed customer. The base is revenue actually received after discounts and excluding VAT or other indirect tax. Free or unpaid periods produce no commission.

Commission is recorded in the payment currency and becomes available after 14 days. Refunds, credit notes, chargebacks, fraud and payment errors reduce or void commission, including after payout.

5. Dashboard and payouts

The dashboard shows clicks, masked registrations and commission records. Stripe events and the operator's accounting records control where an obvious discrepancy exists.

Payouts are arranged manually. Before the first payout, the partner supplies accurate settlement, tax and bank details and any required invoice. The partner is responsible for their own taxes. Currencies are not automatically converted.

6. Adjustments and abuse

The operator may hold unsettled amounts while a refund, fraud, dispute or breach is investigated. Proven self-referral, fake traffic, misleading promotion or harm to the brand may result in disqualification and account closure.

7. Duration and changes

Either party may end participation by email. Valid commission earned beforehand remains payable subject to adjustments. Rate changes apply prospectively, and material changes will be announced before taking effect.

8. Relationship and contact

The programme creates no employment, partnership or agency. Partners are responsible for their materials and advertising disclosures. Questions or complaints: kontakt@naszdzien.app. Polish law applies without removing mandatory protections.
